Our “Planet” rating evaluates brands based on the environmental policies in their supply chains, from carbon emissions and wastewater to business models and product circularity. Here we rate Swimm “Good”. These are a few factors influencing its score:

• It produces seasonless collections.
• It completes the first and second stages of production closer to home to reduce its climate impact.
• To minimise plastic waste, it uses packaging that consumers can repurpose and reuse.
• It’s committed to reducing synthetic materials and switching to lower-impact alternatives.

• It’s published a general statement about minimising animal suffering but not a formal animal welfare policy.
